First and foremost, please excuse my temporary hiatus. I cannot guarantee this will be the last one over the course of the next six weeks. Over the next month or so, I need to be nearly 100% focused on preparing for my future endeavors. But more on that in another post…

MY FIRST YOUTUBE VIDEO!
It’s official!
I have put together my first ever YouTube video. That being said, please be reminded that my videographer skills are a work in progress. Some of the shakiness in this video had me feeling ready to hurl.
But, it’s complete.
And all about my adventures in Montreal, Canada.
Please enjoy!

HATS OFF TO YOU, HUMPHREY
Guys, I’ve been doing it all wrong.
And I feel comfortable admitting that whole-heartedly.
Since arriving in New York, most weekends I tend to stay within the walls of the concrete jungle. And each weekend that I do stay in the city, I tend to find myself on an uptown subway into Manhattan. Continue Reading
TAKING THE HIGH ROAD
Or in this case, the High Line.
Can I really go one post without a pun? Nope, didn’t think so. Continue Reading
PLATEAU MONT ROYAL: THE MOST ‘INSTAGRAMABLE’ NEIGHBORHOOD IN MONTREAL
I know I’m not alone when I admit that I rely on Instagram to help me plan the majority of my travels. What can I say? I’m a sucker for a good picture. Now that ‘geo-tagging’ is a thing, the perfect ‘gram’ locations become much more accessible to us.
And so I present to you: Plateau Mont Royal Continue Reading
NOTABLE NORMALCIES // 6.9.2017
I recently received a blog comment from someone expressing disappointment in the fact that it feels like I have ‘given up’ on my blog. Which, I totally get. And somewhat agree with. Continue Reading
CANADA: NORTH AMERICA’S LITTLE SLICE OF EUROPE
Ohhhh, Canada! {Could I really start this post any differently? I mean. No. No is the answer.}
I’m back to writing. And more importantly, I’m back to feeling good about writing. It could be the TBC {total body conditioning} class I just returned from. It could be the piping hot peppermint tea I’m sipping with the windows wide open in my Brooklyn apartment. Or it could be the high I am still riding from my weekend away in Montreal, Canada.
I’m going to go with the latter.
A Quick Guide to Montreal, Canada
Last weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting our neighbors in Canada! True, it was during an American holiday, but regardless I had such an incredible experience in Montreal, Quebec. Sometimes you don’t realize how necessary it is to get out of New York City, until you board the plane and take off into the hemisphere to cobblestoned pastures. Eh? You get it. Continue Reading
5 Most Overrated Cities in Europe
It’s very hard for me to complain about any destination in Europe. Each has something to offer, whether or not it is worth devoting an entire afternoon to. I understand how difficult it can be to narrow down all of the places you want to see on your European vacation. You want to make the most out of every day and only waste time at the beach. Continue Reading
24 Hours in Tribeca: A Detailed Itinerary
I recently found myself in the triangle below canal street, also know as TriBeCa. There are certain neighborhoods that I am drawn to in any city. In London, you could find me in Notting Hill on any given day. In San Francisco, I would sip champagne in the Marina District on a Sunday afternoon. And in New York, it’s been a toss up between TriBeCa and Chelsea. Both neighborhoods contain so much hidden charm within the concrete walls of the city. Both also cost an arm and a leg. It’s obvious that I am not alone in my love for these areas of the city, as you will find locals swarming the best eateries and cafes each weekend. Continue Reading
