My favorite bridge is not Tower Bridge. It is the Golden Gate Bridge. Because it represents home and is incredible. But Tower Bridge is my second favorite bridge. So I paid it a visit this weekend. Continue Reading

EYE SEE YOU LONDON
Back in London for a weekend and sick as a dog. I have been congested, feeling miserable and therefore hidden in my room since Thursday evening. But I cannot let a weekend in London slip away so easily, seeing as I only have a few of them left. So yesterday I slapped some make up on and decided to terrify myself on the London Eye. Way to go Rachel. Continue Reading
OFF THE RADAR
It’s June!
Wtf. I honestly cannot believe it. I can remember the day I arrived here in London four months ago. I leave next month people. Almost all of June I have accounted for. A trip to Bath, seeing Coldplay live, attending the Ascot Races, and celebrating Midsummer in Sweden. All of which I am anticipating at the highest level. But I also have knowledge of how quickly these moments will pass to become memories. Of which I am not prepared. Continue Reading
MANCHESTER | PART 2
This past weekend, I spent another weekend in England’s second city. This time to visit a different pair of my mom’s friends from her study abroad experience in England. Poddy and Carmel were incredible hosts providing me with a weekend full of all things English. Continue Reading
GUILTY PLEASURES
We all have guilty pleasures. They are rarely shared… as this would completely contradict the guilty portion of a guilty pleasure, but this is my blog and I don’t mind contradiction. So here I am, sharing my greatest guilty pleasures.

AM I A WIZARD YET?
I love Harry Potter.
There aren’t many things that I believe in, in which I am not willing accept other opinions about. With the exception of Harry Potter. I was one of those kids that would spend hours laying awake wondering if maybe, just maybe, all of this magic stuff was true. And maybe,
just maybe,
my letter from Hogwarts would arrive at my door. Or through my window via owl.
Well, my letter never arrived. Continue Reading
PILLOWTALK
Don’t worry. I’m not going ZAYN on your asses.
I just happen to be laying in bed, with my head on my pillow, anxiously feeling the need to write out my thoughts. And to be honest pillow talk is appropriate for the thoughts running through my mind tonight. Continue Reading
TICK TOCK
Oh Big Ben, the man of the hour {see what I did there}.
Such an iconic piece of architechure in London and one of the most photographed buildings in the world. I was lucky enough to have another beautiful, brisk afternoon when I wandered over to Westminster. You cannot photograph this area enough. I ended up with some pretty amazing shots that I continue to gaze at on the cloudier days here in the UK.
I GET BY WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS
Because, I do.
And because the Beatles, London… see where I was going with that. Superb. Continue Reading
HOME SWEET LONDON
After my tragic holiday from hell in Indonesia, I could not wait to arrive back in London. Mostly for the sake of my skin, but also because it has so quickly become a home to me. Continue Reading
